Idea cellular Limited - Poor Mobile Services
Without use deduction

Dear Sir/Madam,

Please note that I am using Idea mobile number – 9911489247 Delhi region and with this number we are facing without use balance deduction problems on daily basis. I getting SMS in night like “thanks for downloading” without any use and sometimes game charges deducted without use.

As per customer care everything is ok refer to request no- 1-11240841925, & 1-11377697990

All GPRS, MMS, & VAS services already deactivated refer to requested number 1-11240841925, so you are requested please check reason & re-adjust/add my deducted balance (Rs) on above mentioned mobile number as earliest
