Idea Cellular Limited has very poor customer serivces. In past my operator was tata indicom because of network problem I switch to idea. No doubt idea network is good in mp but customer services are very very poor. on time of activation my idea number they have taken Rs. 300 as a activation charge and asked me it will be refund in my 4th 5th and 6th bill but not refunded when I call on 9826012345 call center they asked me to call on 198 when I called 198 for complaint they asked me to call on 12345 after many attempts they have taken my complaint on 12345 in 20 Minutes time. My complaint was closed on 25th June saying that you have not deposited Rs. 300 Please contact store from where you have taken connection. When I visited idea arera colony Bhopal he asked my and shown me Rs. 300 in system. Once again I called 12345 for complaint they have taken complaint and asked will be resolve. Same day I received a call for adjustment team that yes we have your Rs. 300 but it’s a security deposit and will be refund to you after disconnection on your connection. Finally they have not given my money back. I have given a request for MNP my number to Airtel once again idea cheating and port outing my number saying that UPC Code is wrong I checked three times but my UPC Code was right. Now I am suffering a lot and unable to do anything. MY idea Number is 9229109217 .Please help me anything possible on this matter. Regards Brajesh Sharma
