first of all i have applied for do not call services & it is has been activated by company then also the have called me on 10.17am on 20-04 from no 919763100129 for dialer tone & the told me that you are our regular customer so we are providing you free dialer tone for which you have to pay Rs. 15 for three months & i ask him that are their any other charges included in this he told " no sir no other charges are included" so i told ok start service & then they have deducted Rs. 199 for this sir can u help me my mobile no is 919822208240
