Total 5000 Rs of deposit not yet received

Hello,

i have complains and query about my fathers IDEA postpaid (Billing) number.

he has been with IDEA since using the same number ever since.

in the beginning he paid about Rs.5000 in total as per follows,

Rs. 1000 for security deposit,

Rs. 1000 for STD security deposit and

Rs. 3000 for International roaming activation.

Then in 2006 he became pre paid customer, so accordingly he should be receiving all his deposit back.

we contacted IDEA in every possible way but no response.

someone please help and show me the right way to solve this issue.
