Deduction of money without any service request

I am the user of IDEA operating service. My no. is 9708113055. Nither i send any request for any particular service nor i receive any call from operater still activate so many services on my no. I have complain so many times but never take any action. And in this way i always suffer DEDUCTION OF MONEY to my a/c.

Plz tell me solution that what i do for this.
