Discontinuation of service without bill

I had taken a new postpaid connection (no 9598771188) in the month of sep for which I had deposited Rs 1250/- as security money. The bill date for the same was 4/10and last date for bill payment was 18/10. But service providers (Idea Cellular) discontinued the services after giving simple sms mentioning the bill date, due date and amount on 05/10.These people had not provided me the bill on my repeated requests, due to which I
