My idea prepaid cell phone connection was disconnected with a reason that my documents submitted earlier were not as per DOT instructions. Where as I have submitted the fresh documents again on 02.05. at your IDEA show room in East street, PUNE. Still I connection is not activated todays date is 19.05.2011. This is causing very much inconvenience to your customers and they may leave your mobile services.
People are getting fresh connections with in 5 minits, you are taking months together to activate your old customers, this is highly not execuasable.
Please restore connection immediately.
