Calls from Unknown Numbe

Hi,

I am getting calls from this number - 91556941348621. I recently got a forward mail saying that calls from certain numbers can be dangerous (Anti-national agencies may use such calls to get access to our mobile phones).

Please let me know whether there is any space for worry in my case.
