This is to bring the kind notice of false deductions from my account of idea cellular service. On 4 Jul 12, i got a message that the jobs alets service will be newed on 7 jul12 and will be charged rs 30/-. it was also mentioned that to deactivate sms UNSUB regjob to 50789. even after my sms on the said nos twicw on 4 & 6jul 12, the service has not stopped and teh charge of Rs 30 has been deducted on 7 Jul 12. even my call has not been attended by customer service..Sir This is not first instance. You are requested to loook into the matter and my amount so deducted may please be refunded to me.
