I use idea cellular prepaid service for my cellphone... on 4th of jan my available balance of around rs.50 was deduced to zero and when i contacted customer care they told that their system has not been updated so they cant help me regarding my problem and told me to contact after 24 hrs... i contacted many times but the response was same... on 7th of jan i had to make an urgent call so I recharged a sum of Rs.30, and the same thing happened my balance was deducted to zero and the customer care was unable to rectify my problem... because of this thing i lost a huge amount of money in share market as even i recharged a sum of Rs.30 i couldnt make the call as my balance was again deducted to zero... Sir I dont know how to compensate my losses..I am feeling helpless in front of these big setup companies who offers service by charging us and make us repent..please i need some help
