There was a lot of problem using idea cellullar postpaid number 7377777783... such as not recieving incoming sms n calls from any other networks... irrespective of my mails to the idea consumer cell... No initiative was taken from any of the concerned authorities to resolve my problem n even they were unable to satisfy me with their conversation and problem remains as it is...
People serving this service outlet r totally dumb n totally lack from product knowledge and training.
If this is the situaton then i believe "AN IDEA CAN NEVER CHANGE UR LIFE "
IF anything could br done then please help me resolve my issue.
