Sim card blocked

I am Shilpa Gade having Idea no. 9767698364. the documents submitted by my Mother in laws name Mrs. Ranjana Gade. My problem is my sim was blocked from last 3 months which i was used from last 3 years. Idea customer care persons told that documents was not proper. then In september I have submitted my documents which was received by Idea Customer Care. but my Sim got blocked. I want the same no . what I will do now?
