Postpaid no. not activated

I've submitted all documents required for a postpaid connection, as communicated from a DSA located in Govindpuri, Delhi. but after address verification on 14th July'11 and all procedures, my connection have not been activated yet. and very poor response is being delivered by customer care side and the DSA executive start dropping calls. Its disgusting!!
