Dear All,
me (9767979799) and my wife we are getting harassment calls from 020-40193713 and 020-30111015 regarding my payment of bill. My payment is overdue and I have told the representative that I will clear the same as soon as I can (kindly check my payment history as well) but executives are using very rude, abusive and downgrading language.
I understand that I am a very small customer to your very big organisation but I also understand one thing that this is not the way to treat any customer big or small.
I am an idea customer for past 8 to 9 years now; but if am I going to get this kind of treatment henceforth, with heavy heart; I should choose a different service provider (which I know idea will laugh it off or dare me to do so)
Kindly let me know your take on this.
