I am a idea user from a long time.. My No. 8652726471. I am having many problems with idea As if from a month the service of idea is been getting worse. They are been activating the services without giving me any Intimations. 1) Miss Call Alerts. 2) cricket alert 3) dailer tune... idea don't even care to intimate me to for activation of my Value added services Why is it so???
i mean what pathetic is this without my concern u guys are activating my service I mean what bulshit is this... I am not a fool to pay the many for everytime i don't this bulshit thing to be repeated again.. whenver i called to cust care executives they just tell that"mam apne actiavte kiya.. hum isme kuch nahi kar sakte' even if i call immediately they say that agar apne jaldi call kiya hota to hum refund kar sakte, now we are helpless... i don't want to repeat it again if this hapen again i'll straight away do MNP.. hope il get positive reply from your end..
