Idea network executives cl me about migration prepaid to postpaid offer - with out deactivation wl be done migration told me i gave my documents and RS.300 on dated 30-6. i got sms migration proccessed on 5th of july going to be migration to postpaid . to day on 1st july my phone was deactivated my bussiness calls communication my family calls all are gone i called to customer care people they didnt responed properly call to postpaid customer care centre by any bsnl landline and postpaid number where can i find that numbers very irresponsible services pl take action
