Idea connection
Pathetic services and charging unnecessary always

I am using idea connection since 5 years and they are continuously degrading there service day by day, they just charge unnecessary and wont even feel like knowing the problems of customer, Network coverage is extremely poor and they just know to make fool of customers and when customer ask for root cause of problem they just say sorry verbly and wont even feel like giving the same in written.

Please take some stringent action against them
