Regarding activation of 3G service, I have sent an SMS to idea customer care, after that I got response form idea as 3G service has been activated on your number. But still I am unable to use 3G service. Hence I have raised a complaint to idea customer care and explained my problem. I didn’t get any response form them, again I have called to customer care and explained, again they have asked me to wait for 24 hours. But still I was unable to use the 3G service. Almost I have called them 5 times in 5 days, each and every time, they are starting form the beginning and they are not yet all tracking the previous request status and they are not bothering about the customer problems even they are charging for customer care calls.
So please take necessary actions on customer care to act promptly on customer complaints, let them have better tracking systems on customer complaints. They should resolve the customer problem with a single complaint and they should update the status of the complaint to the customer within 24 hours. If customer calls the customer care on same issue, then customer care employee has to track the previous request instead of asking the details to raise the new request. Thanks in advance.
