IDEA GPRS

I am Pramod Patel (DOB - 15/09/1978) using idea post pad connection (9891158666) and activated GPRS unlimited plan 849 INR. But I am not able to connect to Idea GPRS.

Spoke with customer care multiple time and tried to raise complaint also on 198 but no body helped me. I am very much disappointed while I am using highest plan for GPRS.
