Despite Repeated Complaints No Action/ No Service on 3G Phone

Myself Nidhi Mohan, Idea Smart Phone Huawei! d-280 3G Phone connection, with free Internet @ 3G Speed Sim No 8742947111, since last two days no Data Connection or Internet. No 3G Service.

It must be noted that the phone is specially made for Smart Services ie Internet Facility with a scheme of 1 GB free for three months.

However, the Internet Connection, or Data Service is repeatedly getting disrupted
