IDEA/MNP
UPC number not generated

Hi,

I have been a User of IDEA/SPICE for more than last 4 years.

Because of Pathetic service of IDEA in Bangalore, i want to move out of IDEA to some other operator. For that i sent sms to 1900 for porting.

Despite sending this request 5-6 times in a span of 1 week, i have not yet received UPC number that is required for Porting to any other Operator.

If i try to reach their Customer care, no body picks the call there.

Please help.
