Unwanted subscription

Dear sir/madam

I am not happy to convey that i am getting unwanted subscription of value added services viz love sms, email sms, ...etc. and also the related amount have been deducted many times from my pre paid balance (Idea Mob.no. 9669528146) kindly do needful.

If you are not able to rectify these mistakes than kindly tell me what should I Do.
