Credit Balance

Hello Sir/Madam,

I am Alimuddin Khan, I am using Idea prepaid service. However, earlier I was Postpaid customer. I used this service almost three month and I clear my All dues, before coverting from Postpaid to Prepaid. Please know that I have very disappointed with the cusomer service. Becouse I have 35 Rs credit balance after clearing my all dues. I have visited many time to the Idea Gallary as well as called many times to the customer service about the refund of the credit balance. It has been nearly 5 month to get excess money that I have paid to the Idea cellular ltd. I have waisted lotss of time to visit their Gallary but no result.
