Idea network is the very poor service in Kannur area near Cherukinnu Kannapuram, last 10 days daily I am contacting their customer care section but they are not resolving any case, giving only assurance. and they don't know how to behave with customer, In my family we are using three Zim Card not planning to change another service provider.
