Idea mobile easy recharge
Refund not received in bank account

On 9th july 21012 I was trying to recharge my Idea Prepaid Mobile No-8966870007, through net banking for Rs 100/-.The amount of Rs.100/- has been deducted from my account No.10445156301, Panjab University branch, Sec 14, Chandigarh. Bank transaction details as given under.

No Mobile Charged and I have not received any refund till date.
