Sir, i am an user of Idea. My number is 9887767678. from last few days company did cheating with me. They start caller tune and GPRS service without my request. I made many call to custumer care but they blame me that I gave request for it. Last day they reduce my amount. I again call them then say a new issue that I download a game on my mobile but I did not do it. Customer care did not solve my problem. They daily cut my money for that service I not requested... plz solve it as soon as possible
