Too much unnecessary deduction and disturbances

Dear Sir/Madam, I am using this certain Idea number for the past 7 years more or less, recently I am having a real tough time to cope up to the service providers unnecessary deductions, in-spite of my talking to the customer care and their executives nothing has changed. Only my money is being cut! The moment I happen to call on to the corresponding customer care service executives, the reception and their services gets a jerk and I loose the connection! Very often they are too busy to respond. The last but not the least, the most common factor which I am facing is that very few of their customer care service executives are really good in conversing in English in-spite of their being option like.."IF YOU WISH TO TALK IN ENGLISH, PRESS 1, IN... etc etc..." So hilarious. I simply wish to know how can I get to know the best of packages which will suit my necessity to my utmost utilization and which will make me pay exactly to whatever I opt for, nothing more and nothing less. I do not want any unnecessary calls or messages, including the ones sent by the service provider. Can I get any help before I take other steps? Thank you, Joydeep banerjee.
