Misbehave call from unknown

Dear sir

I am Bikram kishore Sahu my no. is 9937560689 staying in orissa in kalahandi dist. A person with mob no 9705683553 calling to my another mobile no i.e 9938266892 and misbehaving & abusing over the phone to my family.

I search his no that it is Andra telecom circle no. I also talk with him but he also give that type of misbehave to me

what should i do give me feedback and what you can do for me, please tell.
