Not working properly

I am using Idea netsetter since 12/4. Till today I was not able to browse internet properly. Either it is very slow or brake in the internet connection even if there is net work coverage and signal strength. I complained to the custamer care center so many times, followed their instruction; but no use. I have re-charged it time and not exceeded the data usage limit.
