PANKAJ This side I'm a custumer of idea from a very long time ..may be 5 yrs... i m quite happy with idea but on 1/dec /10 they activated a schme in my phone... they daily charge me 5 rs per day... they daily deducted 5Rs daily frm my prepaid a/c 9891851522.. i called they on 198 (idea custumer care no) i told them all that... they logged a complait on that day... he told me to wait fr 24 hrs... i daily called them till 27/dec/10 on 198 bt they havnt rectified the issue... when ever i called to 198 .. i speak to the agent .. i told them to transfer the call to supervisor they takes 30 mins to transfer... i called them on 3dec /10 logged a complaint fr the same... again i called them on 19 for the same issue and wat the are doing they are tagging my complaints in querryies... i told to the supervisor mr krisina kumer there he is a team ledear there when u called 198... idea custuner care no .. i talk to every one there in that call centre... like agent... anita, sagar, manish, rahul amny more... i talk to the assit. manger opf that call centre mr rahul . also bt all they again say me to wait fr 24 hrs more...
i called up on 3/12/10 1_11695040211 5/12 1_1115434529 16/12/10 1_11844551276 i called thrice time 1 call complaint no 1_11844549225 2) 1_11844431432... 17/12/.10 1_11855831237 18/12/10 :- 1_11869793602 21/dec/10:-1_1191365088 22/dec/10 :- 1_11921002641... again call on 22/12/10 1_11920958482 23/12/10:--1_11932856303 24dec/10 complaint no :- 1_11949798775 28/1210 :- 1_11991763284 29/12/10 :-1_12008549012 29/12/10 they told me to wait fr 24 hrs .. they gvn me a tat time 24 hrs i again called up them on 22 gain they told me to wait fr 24 hrs... again i waited again i talk to them on 26 /12/10 i talk to the team leader fr 2 hrs, .. i abuse them seriously becoz i was pissed off with them... agin he told me to wait fr 24 hrs to deactivate that service... i respect his desgination and again i waited fr 24 hrs again my balance 5 rs debucted after 24 hrs i called them again on 27/12/10 i talm to the assit. manager of that company mr rahul again he told me to wait fr again 24 hrs... the custumer acre people told me the reason why my compliiant is nt rectified becoz in idea we have techenical issues frm many days... all custumer request are nt forwarded just becoz our server is down and we r facing technical issues... i waited fr 19 days cfalling custumer care of idear daiily and talk to them daily fr 2 hrs
last call i done 3/jan/11 i talked umesh
to deactivate that service they taken a time fr 19 days they make fool of me., ..daily they say me to wait fr 24 hrs... fianlly i gone to sec 64 noida the main idea showroom... i told them all that i m complianing u guys frm 3/dec/10 on custumer care wat you doing .. after that he deactivated my service... the problem got rectified on 29/dec/10
i req u plz seee the recording of the no 9891851522 and 9540546446...
plz take out the recording of both the no... and see idea people doing... they are making fool of custumer
i wanna sue them plz do a favour...
plz do something as soon as posible ..
service is retified bt they havn't refund the money... becoz this is idea issue there have technical issue and all nt my issue bt i havnt got any refund
