Calls bard without any infomation bad responce from service providers

Last week i converted my Idea prepaid connection to a post paid in the same number (09964687173) i was using from past 1 year. Now my all the incoming and outgoing calls are bared with out any information i am a sales person so i cant work without my mobile. I called to the customer care as well as the persons who gave me the connection. the response was very poor from Idea. And when i called to the representative all are trying to skip.there numbers are as given below
