Dear sir,
i am customer of IDEA POST PAID MOBILE SERVICE. My phone no. is 919911883430 i have use 249 combo plan. in this plan 1GB gprs is free for a month and the bill is count in unbilled amount.so that the bill of 1GB gprs is 2097 that included in unbilled amont and the cedit limt is 1000. now my outgoing call are barred due to exeed the credit limt but this is not my fault now my bil is 2107 due to uses of free gprs and company said pay all amount of bill.
what should i do?
