Wrong bill & no response from idea

Sir,

This is Sarankumar from Chennai, Currently i"m using Idea post paid connection. Before a last month, i was activated 3G-Rs100 (200MB free Plan per month). I received bill on 15th Sep, in that they charged for total usage of data including my free data (free data usage 200MB/month) i.e totally i used 210MB, in that free is 200MB. Instead of charging for 10MB, they charged for210MB. i complained about this on 15th sep itself. but they don't take any necessary action. When i contacted Idea show room -Chrompet, them action and speech were irresponsibleness. Till date my connection barred three more times, Its released after my explanation for each time. Often i called customer care, there is no response from them. Pls help me on this and take necessary action.

My intention of this complaint is, it should not happen further more in future.
