In the last bill for few days when i send an SMS the receiver is receiving the same SMS for twice, i thought of it is due to some technical/network problem and it will be charged only once. but when i checked my bill i shocked to know that each SMS is charged for twice. then i called to customer care they were very rudely saying that it was sent for twice and it will be charged for twice.
just think... is it my problem? when i sent an SMS of below 160 characters for only once how do receiver receives the same SMS for twice without some technical/netowrk issue?
if you have some technical/network issue, you have to check and regenerate the bill, without doing that rude answering is not good...
