I had logged a complaint in the customer service of IDEA Postpaid two days back regarding my postpaid connection 9540022252.The outgoing facility for this number was barred, and when i complaint, i was told that this is due to negative verification. I informewd them that since I am a working person, I will not be available at home from monday to friday during working hours.so the preferred time for verification was before 11 A.M. But now they have not done any any verifiaction and infact barred my incoming calls also. When i again complaint after 3 days, they said that the request is being forwarded and it will take another working day. This type of response is not at all acceptable from such a reputed company.
Kindly take an action asap.
I would also like to suggest the company to activate the connections only after verification is complete, because intrupting the service in between cause big trouble for the customer.
