My Idea postpaid no. 99990999119 my calls were barred without any prior intimation and for a month there was no one responded to the matter, then there was a call from an executive of idea and asked to make a payment of Rs.2200/- and gave a waiver of 600 with regard to unsatisfactory service and after making the payment of Rs.2200/- my no. was again started and after 2 days my calls were again barred and when I complained to the customer care they asked me to make the payment of rest of the amount to reactivate my service i told hem about the waiver commitment made to me but they refused to reactivate my services, they did not fullfill the commitement made to me and my no. has been deactivated since then.

I would be very thankfull if u can help me with the matter and preserve consumer interest.
