Dear All,

Myself is Ravi Kant Sharma from New Delhi, using Idea post paid number 8750523737 from last three months. I have

activated E-bill facility. First bill that i received was itemized bill, but second bill was not itemized, so i am

not able to validate my bill. I requested to customer care many times to send me itemized bill. But till now i have

not received. That's why i was not able to make payment of the bill. Payment due date was 25-Jan and any time

out going services may stopped. Instead of sending my itemized bill, customer care executive sent me another number

bill which is attached along with this mail. This is a big example of very bad services provide by Idea. As you all

know that bill details are very confidential to any customer and your irresponsible executives sharing one

customer’s details to some other customers. I am totally unsatisfied with services.

Kindly resolve my problem as soon as possible.
