No balance in my mobile

I had recharged my mobile from GURUKRUPA COMMUNICATIONS, Near Shivajinagar S.T. stand, Pune - 411005. My mobile no - 9881937494 The shop keeper told me that you will get the balance in your mobile in 1 hr time. He also issued a receipt for the cash of Rs. 50/- (I had paid the shopkeeper) vide receipt no. 3563 dated 5/6. Kindly take necessary action so that I get the balance for which I had paid the money.
