IDEA PREPAID
SIM has replace has happend last 3 days back but not yet Activated

This is Balaji Pojula. I am using Idea Prepaid Network from 2008 December. My Mobile Number is 9603162583. My sim not working from 7th Aug So I went to Yousufguda Idea Customer care center and paid the 100/- for sim replacement with same number. I submitted my ration card Xerox as an ID Proof. They told me that your number will be activated at Sunday morning (8th Aug). But Till now my Number is not activated. What is the reason for this. Please let me know the status.
