Using bad word in call centers

firstl i call to custmer care for asking somthing then i say to agent that plz tranfer my call to senior he said that ok but after that my call was automatic disconnect.then the agent name MR. DINESH he call me back on my no. 8003179321 then he using badwords. so plz send me detail of that no.
