Egarding deduction of amount from balance

I recharged many times my cell phone number 9728357374 which is prepaid connection of idea company, but this company without any reason deduct my balance whenever i recharged my number. Whereas i am not using any type of service of idea company, many times i try to contact this company customer care but can't contact to them, please solve my complaint, thanks
