My idea mobile no 9723212730 (gujarat circle) is a prepaid one and I recently (10 days before) activated (earlier it was a postpaid in idea). I found that every day they are deducting Rs5/- from my balance. I noticed this and complained to them but they replied that I am surfing the net. This is not at all possible because whenever I am surfing the net I am getting the message that this much kb you downloaded for this much time and this much amount deducted. In addition to this they are deducting the amountRs5/- every night after 12'O clock because when I am going for sleep I am checking the balance. In the morning I can see that five rupees is deducted from my aaccount. For the last 10 days they deducted Rs 50 from my account. Please take necessary action to refund my amount
