Idea Pre-paid services
Amount deducted for pre-paid but phone is not recharged for talk time

Amount for recharge of Rs.400 deducted from bank account but 'Idea' prepaid is not updating and they are not recognising this transaction through ICICI Bank. Worst comes when their customer care denies logging of complaint. ICICI says to talk to Idea Customer care but they say that they are helpless because they do not have any facility available with them to check it. We have sent them mail but in vain. There is no reply. Can some one help me to whom we should contact? What is to be done under these circumstances?
