Inconvenience during Post paid to Prepaid

I am having idea no 9814577363 from last 2 year.

for some reason, i changed this number from postpaid to prepaid.

I went phase-7 idea outlet to change my number on 12th march.

They asked me address proof and one photo.

i submitted proofs and photo and idea people gave me new sim.

First inconvenience was that they closed my postpaid connection immediately.

and three days to start new connection.

After that For one week it works fine.in that week i got messages stating that your proofs have not been submitted till now.please submit your proofs immediately otherwise your connection will be closed.

On 19 march i went same idea outlet again to confirm why my documents are not processed till now.

they said me it takes time and your connection will not be closed for ducuments.

But on 21 march, my connection has been closed.

Even i not able to call in care also.

my incoming/outgoing calls are blocked on this number.

It is so disgusting.
