Compilant Regarding Lost SIM

Hello,

My Self Aditya Saxena, Today (i.e. APR-28) I lost my mobile phone here in NOIDA that phone has Idea Prepaid SIM (number: 98264-97379).

I would like to block this SIM to protect unwanted use of my number (i.e. 98264-97379).
