Disconnection

My name is prem p pankaj idea mobile number 919708006859 disconnected since 9th nov even i recharged it on 2 days before by rs55 and made call through it but the customer care is saying that i have not inserted the sim for two months so that my number is disconnected.my number is so important.i was out of india as i am a mariner.

please resolve my issue and provide me my old number.
