Alance deduction

SIr,

Today i did my recharge of idea mobile of Rs.100. I didnot do any call till 8:41.At 8:42 I did the call to a no and i talked about 2.56 min. and my balance was decucted about Rs. 32.56. I made a call to Idea customer care but no action was taken. Instead of taking my complain they disconnected my call.

So, kindly take an appropiate action against Idea customer care centre and also please try to get refund my money back from the idea.
