Lesser credit of talk time

I recharged my mobile #9840423672 on 28/06/10 in the morning for Rs.200/- and the talk time allowed is for 46.16. I recharged again for

Rs.200/- in the same evening and the talk time allowed was 179.32.

Nothing has happened sofar to make good the less credited amount of Rs.132.81 even after my repeated complaints. This is the state of affairs of the so called Indias big service provider.
