Disconnected Service

We have taken Airtel Sim on 20.06. till April service was their. From two month we were not using that sim (AIRTEL), mean time they have disconnected the connection and discontinued the services.

we visited regional office at Bangalore, we have not any favorable reply from them and they have treated negligently.

please provide us the feed back on above the issue and reactivate our blocked sim
