This complaint is regarding the Billing issue

I have been charged Rs 45 for hello tune activation but this activation was done automaticaly on 04-May from your end without my intimation

I lodged the complaint to customer care regarding this issue and got it deacivated and also they assured me that the above amount will be reversed to the next month billing (Reference number F697865377).

Also on the 07-June the Same problem I faced from your end. The hello tunes again got activated automatically and you have charged Rs.45 despite i did not even either dial any numbers for your kind information.

I spoke to the customer care immediately regarding this issue and they ensured that the amount wil be reversed-(Reference no F698683821)

When trying to lodge complaint online thru website, its showing IT CANNOT BE PROCESSED AT THIS TIME. SORRY FOR INCONVENIENCE. PLEASE TRY LATER..

I am trying from 3 days.

Please call me if you need more information.

I want this total deducted amount Rs.90/- to be reversed in my next bill.

If Not i do not want to continue with your service in future
